Why Create a SmokTek Account?

How to Create an Account
- Visit SmokTek.com and click the account icon in the top right corner.
- Click "Create Account."
- Enter your name, email address, and create a password.
- Complete age verification as part of the signup process.
- Check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account.
You'll receive 50 rewards points just for signing up!
How to Log In
Click the account icon at the top right of SmokTek.com and enter your email and password. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" and we'll send a reset link to your email.
Updating Your Account Information
Once logged in, go to your Account dashboard to:
- Update your name, email, or password.
- Add or update your shipping address.
- Add your birthday for birthday bonus points.
- View your rewards points balance.
- Review past orders and track current ones.
Forgot Your Password?
- Click the account icon on SmokTek.com.
- Click "Forgot your password?"
- Enter your email address and click Submit.
- Check your email for a password reset link.
- Click the link and create a new password.
If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it's still not there, contact us at [email protected].
Deleting Your Account
If you'd like to delete your SmokTek account and associated data, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Note that deleting your account will also remove your rewards points balance and order history.
