We use an automated age verification system at checkout. This system cross-references the information you provide — your name, address, and date of birth — against public records to confirm you are 21 or older. This process happens instantly in the background.

What to Do if Verification Fails

If the system is unable to verify your age, your order may be held or declined. This can happen for several reasons:

• Your billing address doesn't match your records — for example, if you recently moved.
• Your name is entered differently than it appears in public records (nickname vs. legal name).
• You have a limited public records history — common for younger adults who are still 21+.
