What Can Be Returned
We accept returns on the following items within 30 days of delivery:
- Unopened devices, kits, and hardware in original packaging.
- Defective or damaged items — see the Defective Products section below.
- Items sent incorrectly due to our error.
What Cannot Be Returned
Due to health regulations and the nature of vaping products, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used e-liquid, including SmokEjuice and DeKang products.
- Opened coil heads, replacement pods, or used disposables.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift certificates.
Please note: E-liquids cannot be returned once opened for sanitary reasons. If you received the wrong flavor or have a quality concern with a SmokEjuice product, contact us — we handle these on a case-by-case basis and want to make it right.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at [email protected] with the following:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you want to return.
- The reason for the return.
We'll respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please do not ship items back without an RMA number.
Defective Products
If your item arrived defective or stops working within 30 days of delivery, contact us right away. We'll troubleshoot with you first — many common issues can be resolved without a return. If the product is genuinely defective, we'll replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Note: For defective claims we may ask for a photo or short video of the issue.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 2–3 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error — wrong item sent, defective product — SmokTek covers return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
