What Is the SmokTek Rewards Program?

The SmokTek Rewards Program lets you earn points on every purchase and through other activities, then redeem those points for discounts on future orders. It's our way of saying thank you for being a SmokTek customer.

How Much Are Points Worth?

Every 100 points = $5.00 off your order. That works out to a 5% return on every dollar you spend through purchases alone — and you can stack points even faster through social and review bonuses.

How to Earn Points

• Product Purchase: 1 point for every $1 spent on any product, including sale items.
• Customer Sign Up: 50 points just for creating a SmokTek account.
• Birthday Reward: 50 points credited during your birthday month. Make sure your birthday is saved in your account profile.
• Write a Review (Judge Me): 25 points for leaving a product review on SmokTek.com.
• Follow us on Instagram: 25 points — one time bonus for following @SmokTek on Instagram.
• Like us on Facebook: 25 points — one time bonus for liking the SmokTek Facebook page.

How to Redeem Points

1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Log into your SmokTek account — points are tied to your account.
3. Look for the rewards redemption option at checkout.
4. Select how many points you want to apply — the discount will be deducted from your order total.
5. Complete your purchase as normal.

You can redeem points on any order including orders that include sale items. There is no minimum points balance required to redeem.

Do Points Expire?

Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. As long as you make at least one purchase per year, your points will remain active. We'll notify you before any points are set to expire.

We're working on a VIP tier system that will reward our most loyal customers with additional perks and bonus point multipliers. Stay tuned — we'll announce when VIP tiers launch.
