Before Your Order Ships

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to:

• Cancel the order for a full refund.
• Change item quantities or options.
• Swap a flavor, strength, or color.
• Update the delivery address.

Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or call 727-209-7193 with your order number and what you need changed. We process orders quickly — orders placed before noon ET often ship same day, so time is critical.

After Your Order Ships

Once an order has shipped we cannot cancel it or reroute it. You'll need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return if needed. See our Return & Refund Policy article for full details.

Important: If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us because of an address error, you'll be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

How Quickly Do We Process Orders?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET Monday through Friday are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
