Disposable Vape Not WorkingUpdated 15 days ago

Step 1 — Remove Any Packaging

Some disposables come with a silicone cap over the mouthpiece or a sticker over the airflow hole. Make sure all packaging has been removed before use.

Step 2 — Charge It (Rechargeable Disposables)

If your disposable is a rechargeable model (OXBAR, Lost Mary MT15000/MT35000, Fruitia x Fifty Bar, RAZ, Elf VPR) connect it via USB-C and charge for 30–60 minutes. A light indicator will show charging status — when it changes color or turns off, it's ready.

If your disposable is not rechargeable and the battery is dead, it cannot be revived.

Step 3 — Try a Proper Draw

Most disposables are draw-activated — there's no button to press. Try a slow, steady inhale rather than a sharp hard puff. Some devices need a 1–2 second gentle draw to activate.

Step 4 — Interpret the Light Indicator

  • Solid light while drawing: Device is working normally.
  • Light flashes 3–10 times rapidly then stops: Battery is dead — charge it if rechargeable, or it's at end of life if not.
  • Light blinks continuously: Could indicate a short or connection issue — contact us.
  • No light at all: Battery may be completely dead, or the device is defective.

Step 5 — Check the Airflow

Some disposables have an adjustable airflow ring or switch. Make sure it isn't fully closed — this can prevent the draw activation sensor from triggering.

What If It's Still Under Puff Count?

If your disposable stopped working well before the advertised puff count and it's charged, it may be defective. Contact us at [email protected] with:

  1. The name of the disposable.
  2. Your order number.
  3. Approximately how many puffs you got before it stopped working.

We'll work with you to make it right.
