<p>Most disposables are draw-activated &#x2014; there&apos;s no button to press. Try a slow, steady inhale rather than a sharp hard puff. Some devices need a 1&#x2013;2 second gentle draw to activate.</p>
<h2 id="step-4--interpret-the-light-indicator">Step 4 &#x2014; Interpret the Light Indicator</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Solid light while drawing:</strong> Device is working normally.</li>
<li><strong>Light flashes 3&#x2013;10 times rapidly then stops:</strong> Battery is dead &#x2014; charge it if rechargeable, or it&apos;s at end of life if not.</li>
<li><strong>Light blinks continuously:</strong> Could indicate a short or connection issue &#x2014; contact us.</li>
<li><strong>No light at all:</strong> Battery may be completely dead, or the device is defective.</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="step-5--check-the-airflow">Step 5 &#x2014; Check the Airflow</h2>
<p>Some disposables have an adjustable airflow ring or switch. Make sure it isn&apos;t fully closed &#x2014; this can prevent the draw activation sensor from triggering.</p>
<h2 id="what-if-its-still-under-puff-count">What If It&apos;s Still Under Puff Count?</h2>

Disposable Vape Not Working

If your pod kit isn't recognizing the pod, shows a connection error, or the pod feels loose, here's how to fix it.

<h2 id="clean-the-contacts">Clean the Contacts</h2>
<p>The most common cause of a pod not being recognized is dirty or wet contacts between the pod and the device. E-liquid residue on the contacts breaks the electrical connection.</p>
<p><strong>Fix:</strong> Remove the pod. Use a dry cotton swab to clean the metal contacts on both the bottom of the pod and inside the device bay. Make sure everything is completely dry before reinserting the pod.</p>
<h2 id="reseat-the-pod">Reseat the Pod</h2>
<p>Sometimes a pod that isn&apos;t fully clicked into place won&apos;t make proper contact.</p>
<p><strong>Fix:</strong> Remove the pod completely and firmly push it back in until you hear or feel a click. Don&apos;t force it &#x2014; if it requires excessive force something may be misaligned.</p>
<h2 id="check-the-coil-installation">Check the Coil Installation</h2>
<p>For pods where the coil is separate from the pod itself, a coil that isn&apos;t fully seated can prevent the device from recognizing the pod.</p>
<p><strong>Fix:</strong> Remove the pod, take out the coil, and firmly reinstall it &#x2014; making sure it&apos;s fully clicked or screwed in before reinserting the pod.</p>
<h2 id="try-a-different-pod">Try a Different Pod</h2>
<p>If you have a spare pod, try it. If the new pod works, the original pod or coil was faulty.</p>
<h2 id="check-for-debris-in-the-pod-bay">Check for Debris in the Pod Bay</h2>
<p>Small bits of debris or dried e-liquid in the pod slot can prevent proper seating.</p>
<p><strong>Fix:</strong> Use a dry toothpick or cotton swab to gently clear any debris from the pod bay.</p>
<h2 id="bent-contact-pins">Bent Contact Pins</h2>
<p>The spring-loaded contact pins inside the device bay can occasionally get pushed down too far, preventing contact.</p>
<p><strong>Fix:</strong> Using a toothpick, very gently lift the contact pin back to its normal position. Be careful not to apply too much force.</p>

Pod Not Making Contact or Not Recognized

E-liquid that changes color is not necessarily bad. Learn why e-liquid darkens, what oxidation is, and when to be concerned.

<h2 id="color-change-is-usually-normal">Color Change Is Usually Normal</h2>
<p>E-liquid changing color &#x2014; typically from its original light or clear shade to a darker amber, yellow, or brown &#x2014; is a common occurrence and in most cases is completely normal. Here&apos;s what&apos;s happening.</p>
<h2 id="what-causes-e-liquid-to-darken--oxidation">What Causes E-Liquid to Darken? &#x2014; Oxidation</h2>
<p>The most common cause of color change is oxidation. Nicotine in e-liquid reacts with oxygen and light over time, causing the liquid to darken. This is the same basic chemistry that causes an apple to brown after being cut. Higher nicotine concentrations typically darken faster.</p>
<p>Oxidation does not make your e-liquid unsafe to vape. The flavor may become slightly more muted over time but the liquid is not spoiled.</p>
<h2 id="steeping">Steeping</h2>
<p>Some vapers intentionally let their e-liquid &quot;steep&quot; &#x2014; sit in a cool dark place for days or weeks &#x2014; to allow the flavor compounds to mature and blend. This process also darkens the liquid. Many vapers prefer steeped e-liquid for a smoother, more developed flavor.</p>
<h2 id="heat-exposure">Heat Exposure</h2>
<p>E-liquid left in a hot car, in direct sunlight, or near a heat source will darken faster than liquid stored properly. This can also degrade flavor faster than normal oxidation.</p>
<p><strong>Fix:</strong> Store your e-liquid in a cool, dark place &#x2014; a drawer or cabinet away from windows. Keep bottles capped tightly when not in use.</p>
<h2 id="when-should-you-be-concerned">When Should You Be Concerned?</h2>
<p>Color change alone is rarely a problem. However, you should stop using an e-liquid if:</p>
<ul>
<li>It smells off, rancid, or chemical rather than like its intended flavor.</li>
<li>The viscosity has changed dramatically &#x2014; become watery or unusually thick.</li>
<li>Visible particles or separation that won&apos;t mix after shaking.</li>
<li>It&apos;s significantly past the expiration date printed on the bottle.</li>

<p>Tracking numbers are generated when we create your shipping label, which can be before USPS physically scans the package. If your tracking shows &quot;Label Created&quot; or &quot;Pre-Shipment&quot; for less than 24 hours, this is normal &#x2014; USPS simply hasn&apos;t scanned it into their system yet.</p>
<h2 id="usps-scanning-gaps-are-common">USPS Scanning Gaps Are Common</h2>
<p>USPS doesn&apos;t scan packages at every single point in their network. It&apos;s common for packages to show no tracking update for 2&#x2013;3 days at a time, particularly over weekends or after being transferred between facilities. This doesn&apos;t mean your package is lost.</p>

<li>Try the USPS Text Tracking feature &#x2014; text your tracking number to 28777 (2USPS) for updates.</li>

<p>International packages often go silent for extended periods while in transit between countries or held in customs. Wait up to 30 business days before concluding a package is lost. If it has been longer than that, contact us and we&apos;ll investigate.</p>
