Step 1 — Browse and Add to Cart
Visit SmokTek.com and use the category navigation or search bar to find what you're looking for. When you find a product, select any options (nicotine strength, color, quantity) and click Add to Cart. You can keep shopping and add multiple items before checking out.
Step 2 — Review Your Cart
Click the cart icon to review your items. Adjust quantities, remove items, or apply a discount code or gift certificate here. When everything looks right, proceed to checkout.
Step 3 — Age Verification
You'll confirm your age as part of the checkout process. You must be 21 or older to purchase from SmokTek. You can check out as a guest or create a SmokTek account — an account lets you track orders, save your address, and speed up future checkouts.
Step 4 — Shipping Information
Enter your delivery address. If your order qualifies for free shipping (over $89), it will be applied automatically. Select your preferred shipping method — options and rates are shown at this step. Or select Local Pickup if you're near Pinellas Park, FL.
Step 5 — Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions on SmokTek.com are encrypted and processed securely. You can also apply a gift certificate on this page.
Step 6 — Order Confirmation
After placing your order you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a summary. Keep this email — you'll need the order number if you ever contact support.
Step 7 — Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships (typically same day or next business day), you'll receive a second email with your USPS tracking number.
