We know you want your order fast. Here's exactly how SmokTek shipping works — including our free shipping offer, cutoff times, and delivery estimates.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $89

Orders totaling $89 or more after any discounts qualify for free shipping. Orders under 2 pounds ship free via USPS Ground Advantage. This is automatically calculated at checkout — no code needed.

Weight is calculated automatically based on the items in your cart. If your order is close to the 2-pound threshold, the shipping method and rate will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Options & Rates

SmokTek ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The following services are available at checkout:

USPS Ground Advantage — Free on orders over $89 (under 2 lbs). Rate calculated at checkout for orders under $89 or over 2 lbs.
USPS First Class Mail — Estimated delivery 2–5 business days. Typically 2–3 days for nearby states, up to 5 for long-distance routes. Not guaranteed.
USPS Priority Mail — Estimated delivery 1–3 business days.
USPS Priority Mail Express — Estimated delivery 1–2 business days. Fastest available option.

Rates for orders over 2 pounds are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. If you have questions about rates for a large order, contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.

Same-Day Shipping Cutoff

Orders received before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on Monday through Friday are normally shipped the same day. Orders received after noon, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. During busy periods — sales events, holidays, or high-volume days — processing may take an additional day.

USPS estimated delivery times count from when USPS accepts the package, not from when you place your order. Choosing Priority Mail affects your delivery speed, not how quickly we process your order — all orders are processed first come, first served.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Use that number at usps.com to follow your delivery. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 or more business days, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll look into it.

Shipping Insurance

We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout. We strongly recommend it — especially for larger orders. Insurance covers the cost of items and domestic shipping if something goes wrong after your package leaves our hands. Without insurance, we are not able to provide replacement shipments if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

SmokTek cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, damage, or delayed delivery by USPS. Once a package is accepted by USPS, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer. If you did not purchase insurance and your package is lost or damaged, we will do our best to help but cannot guarantee a replacement.

Wrong Address / Returned Packages

Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order. If you provided an incorrect address and your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We are not responsible for packages lost, misdirected, or undelivered due to an incorrect address.
