My Order Tracking Isn't UpdatingUpdated 15 days ago
First — Is It Too Early?
Tracking numbers are generated when we create your shipping label, which can be before USPS physically scans the package. If your tracking shows "Label Created" or "Pre-Shipment" for less than 24 hours, this is normal — USPS simply hasn't scanned it into their system yet.
USPS Scanning Gaps Are Common
USPS doesn't scan packages at every single point in their network. It's common for packages to show no tracking update for 2–3 days at a time, particularly over weekends or after being transferred between facilities. This doesn't mean your package is lost.
What to Do If Tracking Hasn't Updated in 5+ Days (Domestic)
- Check the USPS website directly at usps.com — sometimes tracking updates appear there before third-party tracking sites.
- Try the USPS Text Tracking feature — text your tracking number to 28777 (2USPS) for updates.
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number — we'll open an inquiry with USPS on your behalf.
What to Do If Tracking Hasn't Updated in 15+ Days (International)
International packages often go silent for extended periods while in transit between countries or held in customs. Wait up to 30 business days before concluding a package is lost. If it has been longer than that, contact us and we'll investigate.
