We ship to every state in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight.

P.O. Boxes

USPS Ground Advantage, First Class, Priority, and Express all deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, simply enter it at checkout as you normally would.

International Shipping

SmokTek ships internationally via USPS. The following services are available for international orders:

• USPS Priority Mail Express International — Estimated 3–5 business days.
• USPS Priority Mail International — Estimated 6–10 business days.
• USPS First Class Mail International — Estimated 7–25 business days.

International delivery times can vary significantly depending on customs processing and local postal services in your country. Delays of up to 30 business days are possible in some destinations.

Import Duties & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT, or customs charges once your package reaches your country. These fees are not included in your SmokTek order total or shipping cost. All import taxes and customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

SmokTek is not responsible for customs issues, seizures, lost or damaged items, or delays caused by international customs processes. Packages refused by international customers due to tax liability will be assessed a $15.00 restocking and handling fee.

Know Your Country's Laws

You are responsible for knowing the laws in your country regarding the import of electronic cigarettes, e-liquid, and related vaping products before placing an order. SmokTek is not responsible for any legal issues arising from importing these products into countries where restrictions or bans may apply.
